My background in American history and museum work shaped the way I see property. I am drawn to architecture, craftsmanship, provenance, and the details that reveal how a home was built and how it has been lived in. My experience in construction, real estate investment, and property management adds a practical perspective, allowing me to understand a home not only for its beauty, but also for its value and potential.
The most exceptional homes in this region are rarely defined by square footage alone. They are places shaped by landscape and tradition—where generations return to the same shoreline, gather on the same porch, and spend summer evenings on the same dock. Understanding that connection is central to how I represent both properties and the people who own them.
My approach is thoughtful, strategic, and highly personal. I believe distinctive properties deserve equally distinctive representation, from the way their story is told and presented to the market to the care and discretion brought to every negotiation.
